· A minimum deposit of 50% of total amount is required to hold the room and any rate that has been pre-arranged. · The customer is responsible for the entire balance of the reservation at the time of check-in. · Reservation deposits can be made in CASH, BANK CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Credit cards are accepted. · A reservation constitutes a contract between the Liberty Bell Motel and You. It assures you that accommodations and rates will be kept available for you for all dates indicated. · Deposits will be forfeited unless written notice of the cancellation is received 1 week prior to scheduled arrival or if guest(s) arrive on a later date than confirmed. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee. · Early check-outs will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy. · It is understood that the Liberty Bell Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness, death or injury, etc.. |
